eLogger.net (hereinafter "eLogger") training diary user register. Personal register: Athlete or coach users of the eLogger training diary ("users"). The software service provider has access to all user data. In addition, sports federations have access to basic data of users of the sports under the respective federation, but not to the training, test or competition data of an individual user. The sports federation has access to anonymous average summaries compiled from the training of athletes in the sports under its control for monitoring and research. The Olympic Committee and KIHU have access to anonymous average summaries compiled from the training of athletes of all sports federations and clubs under its control for research.
The purpose of using the data associated with a personal member is only to use the eLogger training diary and to provide information related to it. The collected data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation, such as the Finnish Personal Data Act (523/1999).
We process the following personal data of the customer or other registered person in connection with the customer register: basic data of the registered person such as name*, username*, password*, date of birth; contact data of the registered person such as email address*, telephone number, address details; information concerning the sports club/sports association/national team: club, sports association, national team group, sport*, sports association license number* for invoicing the service; information concerning customer membership and contract such as information on past and current contracts and orders; providing personal data marked with an asterisk is a prerequisite for the creation of our contractual relationship and/or customer relationship.
